Chi-kung
The Chi-Kung or Qi-Gong is a type of therapeutic exercise practiced in China for thousands of years, which significantly promotes health, and is an ideal addition to any type of workout routine. Chi-Kung is based primarily on the mind-body balance with special attention to the synchronization between breathing and movement.
Chi-Kung although simple can have many benefits, including:
Reduction of stress and anxiety due to continuous overload of thoughts, emotions and sensations beyond our control.

Tai-Chi
Originally, Tai-Chi was created as a powerful martial art that brought considerable, flexibility, strength and endurance to those who practiced it. Its soft and relaxed movements on the other hand are also very beneficial for health, as a moving meditation, it can help us to find mental and physical balance.
Tai Chi is practiced gently and slowly, thus significantly increasing our balance, concentration and coordination in every movement. The breathing becomes more conscious and deep helping us to relax fully and remain aware of everything that is happening in the present. It is accessible and beneficial to people of any age and physical condition.
According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ), practicing the harmonic movements of Tai-Chi, facilitates vital energy or Chi flow through the energy channels of our body, improving wellbeing of all our internal organs, muscular system and skeletal structure, and longevity.
